Overall good experience. Great rates! Could have been better with communication and explaining timelines. More verbal communication would have been appreciated versus receiving a text message. Had to call and request a manager which was very helpful and responsive.

Everything was great except funding. Allison was awesome. The inability to have the funding done by wiring has caused us weeks of delay in actually getting our boat. If it weren’t for that part of the process we would be very happy but because wiring is not an option I doubt we would use SE again

Candace was absolutely amazing! She got everything done in a timely manner so that we were able to make our trip happen with our new RV. Amanda and the entire team has been amazing to work with. Everyone was very quick to respond and very professional. This was by far the best lender experience I have had. Truly industry leading. For others, I found SE's rates to be very competitive and although there may be something even lower (which is rare), the customer service here is well worth any difference.

Very slow doesn’t go through and respond back to me in time and it just was a hell of a ring for me to do. I only need them for a little bit of money and it seems like I’m going after $1 million but I will not do this again. That is my opinion. It’s taking too long to get wired money almost 3 days and it’s ridiculous. It’s been going on for almost a month. Sorry but I say the truth.

If you are an organized person, Southeast Financial has an exceptionally smooth process from first contact to funds dispersing! The website is 100% intuitive to use. I dealt with Tonya E. through the origination and document verification process and Makenzie R. through the funding process and their communication and customer service was 10/10! I have already recommended them to two friends.
