This is the worst Insurance Company in U.K.It is an underwriter of Cover Cloud. Mapfre is a Spanish underwriter.They asked me many illegitimate questions. I satisfied their illegal questions. They made up their mind in the beginning not to reimburse the money which I paid to San Rouqe sanotorium in Asuncion,Paraguay. when I suffered from Oedema in June 2017.They asked me question after question. I answered all their queries. They then decided to do a criminal investigation on me. No stone was left unturned. They thought they would find something on me and put me in trouble with various Law enforcement agencies. They found nothing and yet still denied my claim.I strongly believe that they bribed the Ombudsman to get a false decision in their favour. They raised a question about my dual Nationality U.K & U.S.A and my two Passports.They were trying to find excuse after excuse not to reimburse me the money which I had to pay to the Hospital with my credit card and debit card to get treatment. I am a professional traveller, had a near death situation in a foreign country. If the insurance company refused to pay for this, what good are they? They give fake reviews and remove genuine reviews. Even Trust Pilot sided with them. Insurance Companies like this should not be allowed to operate. Would you feel safe after being insured with this Company? I definitely would not trust Cover Cloud,Map Fre. They only want your premium and not reimbursement.Buying insurance from these companies is a waste of your money. If I did not have money of my own, I would have died in Paraguay because of my heart Failure.What a disgusting Insurance Company,
