"GO FOR IT"
Fantastic location and view on the new harbour peninsula, Aarhus C. Many young folks have moved out here to owner or rented flats. New members are being recruited from this new harbour area. Several flats are rented out as holiday homes. We are staying in one right now = luxury for us. :-)) The Seier concept, as a family owned training and meeting centre, has been
like a breath of fresh air in the keep-fit and keep happy world. It started around 15 years ago, more or less,
in the same building as "Spanien", our iconic swimming baths with much charm and history. The swimming training was very effective for me personally combined with self-training on mats mostly, and the
mostly excellent Seierfitness Yoga instructors. There were also at least 2 trained physiotherapy staff. They were also there to check if any exercise instructed by others seemed to be pointing against the natural flexibility, strength and coordination of joints, muscles, nerves, fascia in general. Focus on developing a natural breathing rythme has always been a key point in all training. Breathing essentially becomes more fulfilling and natural again. Is Seierfitness now drowning in competition with other training centre prices, which are up to 75% lower in price? Not every pocket has a hole in the sense that the pocket can be refilled constantly. :-(( Seier seems to be drowning; loosing money. I presume that the investors hope not? Let us, other age groups than especially the young and fit, lobby the Aarhus council. "More financial support for the essentials in our modern day life." We would save millions on hospitalisation etc. I personally am frustrated. I am trained in preventative treatment here from Aarhus, Shanghai and Luxemburgh. Let's at least reopen the facilities for training in "Spanien" combined with the swimming baths. Several pensioners like myself are trained in our hay-day in health focused enterprises. Lots of OLDIES are not. Let's "go for it" on our old age bikes, speed bikes ad the rest :-)) May the winds blow both softly and strongly for gratitude,
common sense and unity.
