I am very disappointed with this shipping company. My belongings were collected from the UK on 12 November, with the expectation of a reasonable delivery timeframe. Instead, they were not delivered until around 26 December, well over a month later. I was given a quote of £260 on phone whiles I was charged £320 when the driver came to pick the things.

What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication. I received no proactive updates and had to repeatedly chase the company with phone calls just to get basic information about where my items were and when they might arrive. If I hadn’t kept calling, I honestly doubt they would have delivered when they did.

This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially considering these were personal belongings. A shipping company should be reliable, transparent, and communicative — unfortunately, this service was none of those.

I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again!

This is the best shipping company to Ghana in UK. They delivered my packages to my door in Konongo, Asante Akim. They are always on time with their delivery, not more than 4 weeks you get your goods to you in Ghana. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Excellent customer services. Good are delivered on time and intact. I recommend Sekocity.

I was giving quote of around £1400 to ship a parcel from US to which I agree. Apparently I had to have business account with them so i open all of that with my business details, vat number, eori etc.
Then when i was about to pay they come to me said it will cost 'upwards of £2800' to ship it. Apparently the item was 'not stackable'?!

They had the full info from my first email, regarding the item i was trying to ship, the packaging, the content, size, weight etc.

And I did what every person with little bit of brain would do, I called around to see if i can find cheaper quote. Company called Expeditors (highly recommending) quoted me $1530 for air shipping.

Rest you can read for you selfs bellow, I can not make this up...

My wife sent a box to Ghana and on arrival and the box had been opened and damaged and some things had been removed
when my wife rang and complained she was told it was the people who received it that had done this so they are saying the people who had received it have stolen what was already theirs which makes no sense at all
