Thorough, detailed, and very fast - my buyer's agent said that it's easily one of the best, most comprehensive surveys they've ever seen. Jeremy was extremely kind and patient, and took the time to talk me through every point. I would not hesitate to use his services again!

A friendly, timely and professional service with excellent communication from start to finish. We ordered a Level 3 survey and received a comprehensive report with a clear traffic light condition rating, accompanied by extensive photographic evidence and an estimated repair cost. The survey has revealed several issues in the property that were difficult or impossible to spot during viewings and has served as a basis for further price negotiations and planning renovations. It was worth every penny.

We recently had a level 3 survey carried out on a 4 bedroom property using Jeremy's services.

The work Jeremy did was excellent. The report was incredibly thorough and detailed. The house we are looking to move into had been lived in by the previous owner for nearly 60 years, so we knew there was likely to be issues that needed to be addressed.

We are hardly experts when it comes to house surveys, but we found the report Jeremy did to be very clear, and it has helped us enormously in our next steps.
