After a few policies I needed to make a claim and they paid out
I had a few policies with them for annual travel insurance becuase their pricing was competitive and the cover looked good. (I used price comparison sites for it.) After never needing to make a claim, I had to make a claim because we had to cancel a holiday. It seemed to go to Axa, who were pleasant and helpful on the phone. I took a good length of time to pull together all the documentation and they paid the claim without any quibbles. Based on this, I’d recommend them.

Had trouble registering
Had trouble registering, but got there in the end, obviously first time with this company, but hopefully there won't be any problems, if something happens, but only time will tell, can't say much else 🤔

I am 74 yrs old and I got my travel insurance no problem, I even done it online with no problems, usually I have to get my Granddaughter to help me so that shows how simple it was. Great price too.
