The quality of the swords is incredible. I deducted a star because I had a lot of trouble during the shipping process. But the seller was helpful enough. The swords are really beautiful.

I have purchased lightsabers from Selecta Sabers multiple times and can confidently say the quality is excellent. The products are great, they look amazing and they work well. However the shipping was incredibly slow and they aren't very clear about this on their website. The website says 4 to 8 days but they don't mention it's possible for your order to be stuck at customs for over a month. I was also not able to track my package until it reached my country which left me feeling unsure if I'd ever receive my order. Customer service could be better and needs to be more clear with communication. Packaging also could have been nicer. Kind of just looks as though everything was chucked into a box. That being said there is no problems with the product itself.

These sabers are sweet even the base model that it came with! love the sound! Colours and effects are awesome! Just like wielding the real thing!

I bought my first lightsaber during Thanksgiving deal so I got second lightsaber for free.
The second one was different from the originally purchased one but still spectacular!
Colours and sound effects are perfect. There is even Star Wars legendary music built in!
And the order had to be shipped to Ukraine and everything went well!

It took forever for shipping and came in the selecta saber box. Luckily I snatched it before my husband saw as it was a gift for him.

The slow shipping was because it comes from China. Likely drop shipped but that’s fine. Luckily it was fine and not broken.

My husband liked it. What would be cool is for we could switch out the kyber crystals.

I ordered my saber Nov 28 and today is the 14th of Dec. I received my saber on the 17th. It took awhile but it was so cool to have a dual with my 12 year old son. The sword swing effect and sound where so cool. I may order a another shortly. Very good for the money.

Don't even bother, I ordered from Selecta and all seamed fine at first, then my package ended up being sent to Czechia instead of Croatia. From there they couldn't ship it to Croatia and instead it had to be shipped again. Mind you they don't ship from Italy where they state they are located, they ship from China.

Once it reached Croatia it got stuck at customs cause it was coming directly from China and it had to go threw the whole customs procedure (with extra expenses). The customs managed to mess up and send the invoice to the wrong email address and the package ended up returning to the seller. Since then they are just simply ignoring my emails about the problem.

I sent emails form my mail adress and no response whatsoever and then I used my husbands mail and at first the replyed asking what the problem was but when I sent the order number again no reply whatsoever. Also fc chat - complete ignore as soon as I sent my order number.

I ordered in August and here we are in November with no package and no refund. Thanks Selecta, cant believe I'm doing this now...

The gift saber was tragic

The saber I got is just amazing. Very good quality. I give 4/5 because the shipment took longer than it's said on the page and because there was a situation when I asked about something on the chat, the consultant said that he/she needs to check it and didn't anwser for an hour.

Everything arrived as expected, customer support was great. Only thing i had to change during delivery was the adrees and that was done without problem

The sabers are amazing it took a little bit longer than expected on shipping but the customer service was great, they responded right away. As soon as they arrived I had a duel with my son and he loved it, I'm already planning my next purchase.

Complete shit, lying in terms of time in all cases. Using mainly bots and copy/pasting same response over and over again.
They say checking and delivery is like 3+5 days. Well it took almost a month to have the products delivered. If you want to have it on time for smthg, order it like 2 months ahead. Otherwise buy elswhere

My package wasn’t handled the best and shipping took awhile but other than that it’s a solid company to buy from. There affordable and really fun. I would buy from them again.

I bought two separate orders at Selecta and both were handled perfectly. Well packaged, well traceable and a mistake with the second order was very quickly resolved thanks to Selecta's customer service (thanks to Mary). I can honestly recommend them!

A truly amazing service, fast response and great problem solving. I ordered the wrong size saber lenght and selecta saber support worker was so nice and without any questions or enything else changed the size of my blade to longer one. No trouble whatsoever. I give all my praise to the company and to their amazing customer support staff. Plus the price of the sabers is just so affordable and I cant wait for my sabers to arrive so I can leave another five star review
