They are a bunch of crooks!!!

They are a bunch of crooks!!!! My power steering went out and they didn't say that electric steering wasn't covered. Why didn't they tell me that 2 days after I contacted them, I had to submit maintenance records/ which I did. I rented a car for 3 weeks til they told me it was not cover. 3 WEEKS!!!!

Fraud fraud and smart fraud

Fraud fraud and smart fraud. Not sure where these ok reviews came from but I can assure you mostly employees friends and colleagues so to make it short they don’t pay for anything and when you ask for your contract refund they basically try to avoid paying you or as I’ve I seen with many reviews they pay a fraction of the amount like 10cent on the dollar so basically they are a professional scammer who make you buy and never pay you back for anything and people start realizing and lawsuits started so for whoever trying to buy their fraudulent warranty stop and check their reviews not only on one site but go deep because you’ll find the horrific frauds they do so warning warning and lots of warning.

Full Refund Processed Quickly

I recently contacted Select Auto Protect about coverage and found the sales person, Eric, to be very helpful. I agreed to sign up for the warranty. However , after doing additional research after our call I contacted him later the same day to let him know that I decided to go another route and wanted to cancel for a full refund. After some discussion regarding my decision we agreed that I would move forward with the refund, that he would be available to assist, and that if the cancellation went smoothly I would provide a positive review. The cancellation was expidited and a reversal of the payment was processed within three hours of our conversation. Thank you Eric.

Customer portal, lack of.

Purchasing, coverage, price is good, but the biggest disappointment is, company does not have customer portal to log in to view info and claim history. I am not even sure warranty card will be generated for ease of carrying.
