The directions were very faded and hard to read

The directions were very faded and hard to see. The cord that is supposed to attach to the wall doesn’t make any sense and we just left it free hanging, but it’s not actually functional.

The ordering process was easy

The ordering process was easy! I measured entered the information and within 3 -4 weeks I received blinds! They are a perfect for the kitchen, easy to install! Great product, great price!

Good quality blinds, but noticeable light gaps

I’m overall satisfied with my purchase from SelectBlinds. The quality of the roller shade is very good — the material feels durable, the color matches perfectly with my space, and it looks clean and modern once installed.

However, the main downside is the amount of light that comes through the sides. Even though I provided the exact measurements of my window frame, there are noticeable gaps between the frame and the shade. This allows more light in than I expected and makes the window behind still quite visible.

I also chose their no-drill Easy Install (Easy Click) system. While it’s a great idea in theory, installation was more difficult than expected due to the size of the shade. I ended up needing help from another person to get it properly installed.

Aside from those issues, I’m happy with the product overall — just wish the fit was tighter for better light coverage.

The motorized blinds work well, but…

Although the motorized blinds work well, the set up process was somewhat challenging because of lack of detail on how to install.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Black out shades were cheap, huge gap that let in light. Called customer service who were not helpful whatsoever. 0/5 experience

Quality Product. Easy Install. Packaging perfect.

All the blinds and drapes were packaged extremely well. The drape car recommended how to remove wrinkles, but it was so well packaged that I hung them without any need to remove wrinkles. The blackout version works!! I also ordered 3 sets of blackout roller blinds with the no hardware sprung kit. They were a snap to put up and surprisingly clean in appearance and strong. Well done.

Shade won't work with reverse roll mounting

Trying to install this shade via reverse roll. The tab on the right side keeps rolling up into the outer slot, so the blind won't roll back up. I've trouble shot and remounted the brackets to ensure the shade is positioned correctly, with the pin on the left side seated correctly, but it still won't work. Very disappointing. I'm going to have to remove this shade, patch drill holes, and then install a different product

Poor Customer service

Everything was great until the Valences on 6 out of the 7 order were too short. I called customer service and had me measure and take photos of the valences. it took them another 2 weeks and me reaching out to them again to see what was the status. After sometime i was told to email photos of the each of the valences that were short after that i was told that there was nothing wrong with the size. i don't understand how its the correct size when the valance dosent even match the same size of the blind all 6 were 2 inches short. If you order don't order in bulk order one at time. I do have to say the quality is good but their customer service is trash. They need to do better.

Not cheap, but nice looking and eary to install.

This is the second time I have used SelectBlinds. If I need any more, I would use them again.

Easy to install. Units are fairly light weight.

Fabric samples make the color choice easy.

Honeycomb shades

Honeycomb shades. Easy install, although the link on the select blinds page for the installation did not cover the type of mounting bracket that came with mine. Did a youtube search and found the right install instructions. Select Blinds need to update thier install video. But because the fit was so good, and installation went so easy I am keeping it at 5 stars. Also could really tell the difference in room temperature, I'm in the PNW, and night time the room they were installed in the temp usually drops as the sun goes down, but really keeps the heat locked in.

Three Blind Mice or One Blind Installer? :-)

I ordered three blinds. It wasn't until I opened the third box (of course) that I found installation instructions. I had got the no drill rack but I could not with the window get the blind to lock-in. It was only later from the instructions that I realized I had it backwards. I might have worked. Yet, I pull the screws off the no drill rack and managed to attached the blinds to where they work.

The blinds do not go all the way back…

The blinds do not go all the way back in when you pull down on them like theyre suppose to. They only go half way back up. I have to reach my hand up in roller and manually do it and sometimes they don’t want to stay after doing that. You think for $150 you’d get a little better product.

It took quite a while to receive my…

It took quite a while to receive my Roman shades. When they did arrive I was very disappointed because I paid quite a bit of money for custom. The backing was very cheap and from the outside looking in you could see the wood frame and it was not attractive at all. I also did not expect the drape to have such little fabric so I am sorry I ordered. I purchased sample and liked the fabric just not the final product. Lesson learned. Go local
