I've never owned a business before and I didn't know how to start... I contacted the guys at Selected Epos Leon, Kyle, Michael & Ellie have all been absolutely amazing with prompt service, prompt delivery, Good Costs, No Hidden Charges and emails always answered from Ellie clear and prompt.

Help from Leon with the card machine and changes which I think he done after my messages after out of office hours with lots of support. Kyle magically added all my produce to the till and re-adding when i think of something else (I've forgotten) After only one email and not endless emails asking for help. Making it easier for myself and the team to use.... Early morning phone calls for help in the 1st day of opening, I think one was HELP!!!! I can't turn the till on. Micheal came out to my shop to my panic when I couldn't get the till to work. (My Fault) The support is fabulous, cost is fair with prompt professional service. If you want an Arkwrights till do not look for these guys. Thank you all at Selected Epos

After an awful experience with EPOS Now and all of their hidden fees and contractual obligations, they always tend to hide to trick customers into contracting with them. I was pleasantly surprised with Eposense as they are a truly professional company and their fees are transparent too. Their support services are exceptional and they have always been prompt to help out unlike the flakey "I can't be bothered attitude " I have personally experienced with EPOS Now. If anybody is looking for an affordable, trustworthy, supportive EPOS company that has in my opinion, the best EPOS software out on the market. Contact Eposense before looking at others.
