I have had quite a few pairs of glasses now all great,never had any problems latest pair love them as I had light reactor lens put in really good for nice weather and quick to clear when gone dull

Absolute joke what i received, glasses are terrible quality, cant see out of them and yet they had my prescription, cheap and tacky, buy shite buy twice! They have gone in the bin and they werent even the cheapest option!

Too small across the head
Too small across the head , can see better without them
For reading glasses the poundland ones at £2.50. are better , they are a better fit and have decent hinges and I can see better with them and look a lot smarter.

With regards to the prescription, I can confirm we made your Reading glasses to the prescription details provided to us but we were not provided with a copy of your prescription from your optician. As this is also your first order with us we do not have a previous order to verify against.
At this stage, we suspect incorrect prescription details were provided (usually incorrect +/- values).
It's unfortunate that you have not contacted our customer services team with regards to this issue prior to writing your review as we believe it could be resolved quite quickly and easily. Please can you contact our customer services team via our website, with a copy of your prescription, and we will be able to resolve this for you.
With regards to the service, we can confirm that your order was completed and delivered in line with our expectations.

Cant fault SelectSpecs in any way, from start to finish the buying process was simple and straightforward from the AI scanning / interpretation of my prescription (backed up by manual entry), the wide choice of frames and lenses through to the delivery process and actual products. I got 2 pairs of good quality glasses for perhaps 75% of the cost of an equivalent single pair from my optician. A very satisfied customer.
