flawed on line quote syastem

i tried to pay for new build site insurance on line after going through a long process of getting a quotation on line with this company but the on line payment system is flawed and when you try to pay or continue to payment option it just takes you back to the beginning of the form again, very frustrating and i reported this 3 times to them on the phone and they did nothing about it and just asked me to do it all again over the phone with them which takes too long, i asked for a call back to do this too and nobody bothered to even call me - shambolic customer service and they must be losing lots of business because of this, it made me look elsewhere and managed to find a cheaper easier insurance firm to use
