I've been struggling with sleep recently and discovered the self help school. Since purchasing this i have been able to sleep a little better, although it hasn't cured my sleep issues, i'm finding that it's helped alot.

I’ve been following Tom and Sandra’s programme, Healing from the Other Side, which is offered through the Self help school. After feeling stuck in a seemingly endless rut in my life, and feeling like I should be doing more, I was guided to give the programme a try. Reluctantly I did.
