Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Have opened a fraud case as I ordered 400ml Ultrasun but received 150ml. No replies to email or PayPal investigation. No refund. Nothing. I wouldn’t buy from here again and I wouldn’t recommend them. 1 star is too much

Issue quickly resolved
I received the wrong eyeshadow palette but when I emailed them they sent me a replacement and let me keep the other one as well. So even though it's not suitable for me I can gift it to a friend.

Once they have your money…
I wanted to return the items but they kept lying about their returns policy and said they don’t accept returns at all despite my items being unopened and sealed. When I showed them their own website guidance of 30 days, they agreed to accept the return but then claimed that the 30 day period had expired, which is although true but it only expired because of their lies and when I initially message them to enquire about the return I was within the 30 day window. Very unprofessional and deceitful company. A must avoid.
