Everyone has been incredibly helpful, and I have learned so much more than I ever knew about writing. My coach Ali has been professional and efficient. She has kept me on task while providing me with information to improve my writing. I am in the final steps of the process and should be publishing in the near future. Trying to navigate this process would have been entirely too much for me without the assistance I've been provided. Thank you so much for your guidance. My only regret is that I didn't become a client sooner in the beginning steps of my writing.

I am impressed by the number of resources available to authors, with self-paced on-line training, scheduled classes, chat sessions with authors, and 1-on-1 coaching. I am learning a great deal as a new writer about both how to write and the publishing process.

I had paid £100 to attend one day of their event. But my mother died days before and I flew to the USA to be with her and for the funeral.

I explained the situation and offered to show them the death certificate. But still, they would not refund me.

I will NEVER attend an event they host again.

For the sake of £100, if they HAD shown any care and returned my money, I would have come back next year and more. Now they have cost themselves my business... And I hope yours, anyone reading this, because there are other companies that care about more than your fee.

They do not support you. I ended up doing 95% of the work myself. You should use an independent freelancer from Upwork or one of those platforms please save your money. I’m writing this review again because they hound you with upselling tactics even though I told them last time I will leave a review they still are texting me with upselling tactics even now - don’t waste your hard earned money on this lot

I came to this school with a manuscript in hand and no idea how to publish it. But through hours of training and support, the team and coaches brought my dream book to life.

This company is a complete scam, and I strongly warn anyone—especially veterans—to stay far away. As a proud Navy veteran, I entrusted them with my book, Honor Courage Commitment and NAVADMIN 190/21, expecting professionalism and integrity. Instead, they failed to deliver on their best-seller guarantee, ignored my refund request, and showed zero accountability.

They take advantage of authors, making big promises but not following through. It’s disgraceful that they would scam someone who served this country with honor. If they treat a veteran like this, imagine how they’ll treat you. Don’t waste your time or money—go with a company that actually respects its clients.

This is my review and experience with Selfpublishing.com. I attended Selfpublishing.com over a year and a half ago. I wrote several children's books teaching morals, ethics and values and I needed help publishing and marketing my books. I saw Chandler Bolt's and Selfpublishing.com advertisement and thought this may help me find the path to success. I was wrong. Selfpublishing.com and Chandler Bolt did Not help me at all. The information they provide can be found online for free. I attended their coaching classes and barely received the information I needed to get my books published. The coaches taught and encouraged students to give each other 5 star reviews on Amazon which manipulates the algorithm to place their books on the top of their sub genres ...making it appear that they are best sellers. I did not feel comfortable with that behavior. I took a deep dive and found out the majority of authors Chandler Bolt claimed to help become best sellers are not true best sellers on Amazon...they are giving their books away and have NOT made any large amounts of money showing that they are not best sellers. I equate a best selling author as someone who has made lots of money in a short period of time. None of these individuals are making any money. There is no Return on Investment. In my eyes if you spend $7000...you should make minimum of $21000 within a given timeframe. Here...there is no return on investment. I lost a large sum of money. I am a single mother with a special needs child. This month February 2025 I received a threat of legal action against me from Selfpublishing.com because I put up negative reviews to keep others from being taken advantage of by this company. Please do NOT attend this program. This is not a certified or legitimized writing or marketing program thru the Department of Education. You can find all the information for free online. Save your hard earned money and time.

Excellent! This is my second book, the first on selfpublishing.com. I was unable to sell the required amount of copies with my first book, so I went to self publishing. I'm glad I did. They provide a coach for advice and guidance, five editors for your book to make it better, and ways to sell your book when your job is done. Self publishing will give you a chance to really show your talents in writing and to publish your book, you life's work (in my case) and show it to the world.

Selfpublishing.com offers great advice on writing and publishing your own book, and their done for you service was invaluable when it came to getting my book self-published on Amazon. My coaching sessions were just so-so, however--your coach doesn't actually read your writing but instead gives you general advice that, frankly, you can get elsewhere within the course.
