I don't believe this is a real company
Avoid this web site Rip off

I placed an order on 20 November sent 3 emails one came back that they have had system problem that has now been resolved, order still pending, not sure if I will ever get this or a refund, not impressed. Bad communication telephone number just rings. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I'm not sure what the recent negative reviews are about but quite frankly, I think that they are the ones that aren't legit!

I ordered a simple hairbrush from Seli and it arrived on the date expected and the quality of the brush is what I expected to!

Ignore the negative reviews - I'm pretty sure they're fake - and all in a row!? Odd!

I shop online a LOT but this is my first experience with a company like Seli. The website looked legit, they had what I needed, ordering was easy.

After a few weeks, no sign of the product and my order was still showing as pending (delivery was promised in 2-4 days). Contacting the company brought no response. Eventually I contacted PayPal and escalated the issue and I got my money back, but who knows what would have happened had I paid directly by card.

Absolutely shocking service, sent 3 emails regarding my order I placed weeks ago as it still says pending, the service claims a reply of up to 8hrs maximum or less for a graunteed reply.. And yet I've had no reply to any of my emails,the phone number they have also provided always says incorrect number??? My advice for anyone thinking of using this website site is DON'T the site looks like it's run to a professional standard, but it's absolutely not!

An order I placed two weeks ago is still pending and I can't get any response by email or on the telephone. Poor service all round. Would not recommend or use again.

Placed an order on 19 September for over £100 worth of products. Website looks very professional and promises great customer service, fast delivery. I have heard nothing from them since order was placed, despite several emails and phone calls. No order update, no tracking number, nothing. Not happy!

I purchased the Friends Forever Soy Candle. This is a high quality candle! Soy burns longer, giving me my money's worth and it smells wonderful.

Great product, fab postage and packaging and super quick delivery. Thanks so much! Eyelashes are looking lovely, now I just need to get my party dress on and I'm all sorted!

Unfortunately I can only give 5 STARS as I would gladly give many more. Communications were more than first class. Yes, there was a moment when I became concerned but Darren totally allayed my fears by replying very quickly. Thank you fella. As for the packaging and delivery of my item, what a truly first class service. I am definitely using Seli from now on. I honestly cannot rave enough about them....oh and I couldn't get Naughty Alice by Vivienne Westwood anywhere in Edinburgh but Seli came good and boy did I pick up a stack of Brownie points. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you......did I say thank you? Lol.

Ordered some Chanel soap - was delivered within a couple of days with lovely packaging. Will use again.

Very fast delivery and a great product. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered some last minute Chanel beauty products for my other half, although order note said it could be 7 days before I received my order everything came just 3 days later!
Great to have everything wrapped and under the tree in time for a relaxing Christmas - Thanks :)
