Impossible company to deal with - very helpful Case Managers, but the company puts so many obstacles in your way before granting a loan….

I was really apprehensive about doing this, because anxiety, but after reading all the reviews on here, I went with Selina.

Am very glad I did, because Chloe was an absolute angel. No stress whatsoever. Got everything sorted in double-quick time, no judgement about my dismal financial organisation, and backed up my decision that this was something I needed to do to get my life back.

I was really apprehensive after some terrible advice from other brokers before approaching Selina, but James was incredibly helpful in advising me and getting me approved with the most appropriate solution and the loan completed so quickly and easily, a huge relief for me. Had a call booked by their system and nobody rang or let me know they wouldn’t be contact me. Spent 20 minutes on hold to the number given on their website and gave up. Awful customer service from a regulated service provider.

I had some issues initially, but they were resolved quickly. Excellent customer support from Chloe--a credit to the team. I also received an apology from another support team member (Scott, I believe), who was great as well. Mistakes happen, it's understandable, but they were excellent in resolving them and ensuring I was happy with the service.
