It was a straight forward process. Easy to scan and see the quote in real time. In my case, I sent in 50 books so the box was large. Fedx was the preferred shipping partner. The app will provide suggested drop off locations but be sure to check if the location can take a large box. Walgreens does not. I ended up going to a Fedx office. Other than that, it was an easy process.

I like the way its simple to box up your books and return them with Inpost. However, it seems my most valuable books never seem to be in good enough condition so you keep them. This doesn't seem fair and I'm sceptical that you just don't want to pay out for them.

Really easy process from scanning books in, posting and getting remunerated. Kept regularly informed throughout the process.

I was able to ship the items out without any issues. The checks came on time as promised.
The site should allow people to print multiple labels if they need it because something can happen to the first.
Secondly, they need to upgrade their chat because it's difficult to communicate with this company. The chat option is poor.

Its fast and convenient! The hardest part for me is finding a box to put the books in!! Labels provided and free shipping are great and turn around on receiving payment is quite fast. Thanks.

So far have made a couple sales to World of Books. Easy to use the app. Easy to ship. Easy to receive payment.

Excellent service, if you can also provide a box to pack through FedEx free of cost , it would be helpful.

SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH BOOKSRUN! I had a book that was in perfect condition with nothing wrong with it and no markings. They emailed me and gave me no real reason why the book was denied and when I asked them to tell me why the book was denied they wouldn’t say. Also, they kept the book.

Selling and sending my books was easy. However, it’s been more than 2 weeks since I was notified of payment sent and I still haven’t received my check.

No photographic evidience provided to substantiate their claim. No offer to have your property returned. Their Chat link was not helpful on 7/30/2026.
