Cancelled Trade For No Reason
Arranged a trade of my books. Less than 24 hours later, I received an email to say my trade had been cancelled. I hadn’t cancelled it so clearly the company had. No explanation given and no help! No way of contacting anyone to get help either. I won’t be using this company and DO NOT recommend it!

Putting 1st Time User to Ease
Scanning the books into the system made me nervous at first. However, World of Books made the process simple and fast. Although they did not buy all my books, they have a button you can click to clear out all of the stuff they don't accept, which made this process so much better than I originally thought. I got a good price for the amount I'm sending in, and I can't wait to complete the whole process to see the rest.

This is the second time you have told me that you did not receive some of my books. That is simply not true! All of the books you accepted were in the box I sent. I want to know what keeps happening to them when you open my box. You got my books, but I didn't get the money!

Honest Brokers?
Knowing the value of the books prior to the sale was helpful.
Unfortunately, I have to rescind my original comment as I have not received payment and I have not been able to contact this company by either their Chat or their email address. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office.

0 stars. Sent in a great condition textbook and was scammed by this company. They decided to “reject” my book, but are unwilling and unable to send it back “per their terms.” It is essentially a fraud and scam business model. Of course they want to “reject” each book but will end up reselling it. Don’t get scammed here!

They told me I would receive $11.56 by selling my books to them, but after I sent my books it ended up only being $11.06. I asked why and they simply said "oh it was a glitch, nothing we can do." What? How is that reasonable?
