SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT USE

SellAbroad is a SCAM - $2000 Fund Withholding & Zero Communication

SellAbroad is an untrustworthy payment processor(MOR). They are withholding $2,000+ of my business funds and have completely stopped communicating. If you're considering working with them, DO NOT. Your money will never reach your account.

WHAT HAPPENED:

I onboarded with SellAbroad to process international payments for my e-commerce business. For months, they processed transactions and paid out regularly. Then, without warning, they implemented a "180-day fund hold policy" claiming it was payment processor requirement.

THE PROBLEMS:

1. CONTRACT VIOLATION: Their signed MSA (May 6, 2026) explicitly states a maximum 30-day hold for high-risk accounts. A 180-day hold was NEVER mentioned. This is breach of contract.

2. UNLAWFUL FUND WITHHOLDING: They are holding ALL my funds ($2,000+) indefinitely. Even their own 30-day policy would require release by August 29, 2026. Funds are STILL held today.

3. FALSE CLAIMS: They claim the 180-day hold is "imposed by Payment Processors." This is FALSE as they not impose blanket 180-day holds. They are lying to justify unlawful fund retention.

4. ZERO COMMUNICATION: I've sent multiple support requests. They've stopped responding entirely. Complete radio silence.

5. CHARGEBACK MANIPULATION: I had 1 chargeback out of 60 transactions with proof of delivery. Instead of disputing it, they accepted it and used it to lock ALL my funds.

BOTTOM LINE:

Your business revenue WILL NOT be released. Their support will ignore you. They invent policies to keep your money. Legal recourse is slow and expensive.

DO NOT USE SELLABROAD. Use alternatives: Razorpay International, Stripe Direct, Airwallex, or Global-e instead.

I am pursuing legal action against SellAbroad and have filed disputes with Stripe, banking regulators, and consumer protection agencies.

WARNING: SellAbroad will steal your money. Stay away.
