Got my price online they offered me £5906 for Ktm duke 2018 he asked me to send photos of the bike and confirmed the offer to my by text then heard nothing from him again. I tried to get in contact and text him back but completely blanking me.
I wish I had haggled. On the positive side there were other dealers who offered a lot less. Polite and friendly pleasure to deal with.
No bother - over the phone valuation - fair price - have a little haggle improve the price slightly seal the deal.
Arrange a pick up date and time - job done.

After speaking to an operative on the phone supplying all the details I was eventually offered £100 (yes ONE hundred pounds!) two days later.
If they didn't want the bike,fine. But to insult me and totally waste my time is unacceptable.
Wow, if you want to be harrassed, insulted with a horribly unacceptable valuation, then be asked to 'name your price' and have it completely ignored, then get harrassed again, then I would definitely recommend Sellbike

I've not used a telephone valuation and purchasing service before so I was quite wary. I had attempted to obtain quotes from several other online companies but the customer service was very poor.
I found the service from you and your company to be of the highest order. You were always upbeat, helpful and able to answer any query on the phone. Your email communication was also prompt and timely. I would also commend your drivers who came to pick up my bike. They were both really friendly and professional. The only negative point about the process was the confusion over the change of bank transfer to cash payment. Although we had spoken about the matter on the phone I understand that there was a break down in communication which led to a wasted journey for the first driver.
I would be more than happy to use sellbike again and would be happy to recommend you to my friends and colleagues.

I wanted to sell my bike quickly and without fuss, i didnt want any haggling or potential buyers making negative comments to reduce the price. With sellbike i recvd a first class service, no fuss or haggling,they gave me a price over the phone initialy and when they came round to view the bike they just did their usual checks and i recvd the price i wanted. I would recommend sellbike to others without a doubt.
