This is a scam site that rips off sellers and even buyers

I had 2 accounts bought from me totaling $560 I sent absolutely all of the buyer's details to the post office. After that my account is blocked. Now I lost the accounts and the buyer got them for free! Yes, if the seller has no feedback (I am a new seller), the buyer can write that he did not receive the goods he will be refunded and the accounts will remain with him! SCAMMERS!
Tech support absolutely does not understand. Thank you I lost $560!!!
I advise you to choose other sites to sell accounts, I will not name them.
TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!

Really high taxes and it's really hard to actually get your money.
Would give zero stars if it was possible.

i posted an account for sell and i got taxed 3 times so i recieved 50% of the value of the account
and lack of withdraw methods

Site design doesn't make sense, important options like deleting a product or even account are not available. When I asked support for help, they always needed to speak to a manager first. After a few days, I received an email (consisting of one single sentence) which didn't help / relate to my problem in any way.

I've been a seller on IGV since 2018 and somehow the new "upgrades" have gotten so bad you can't even list game accounts for CS 2 or OW 2 anymore since you need to list "over 1 " account and nobody has the exact same account at 20.000 Elo 10times.
Also fees have gotten insane for withdraw the entire system is clunky and no longer works I will be switching over to other sites.
Despite having thousand+ sales and 100%prositive feedback wich they also deleted on the "new" igv

The new igvault is bad in every aspect, the website is buggy , a lot of bugs when listing a product , the payment limit is raised and added more fees (5$) , i wish they revert some options too like bulk listing and change their payment options.

I was one of the top-rated sellers and had many feedbacks and stars in my account after the new update and shifting the sellers to seller.imetastore.io vanished my all efforts from the past years. It's so disappointing for me. Please fix it.

What did this site improve? So far nothing. As an old seller it only achieved bringing more hassle and problems into my life. There is no avaliablity setting, no bulk listing, no bulk shelving,off shelving... And all the respect and reputation you gained from Igvault, poof gone. All the hard work you put into this... for nothing. They ruined their site and their sellers lol. Buggy af site, you shouldnt implement if your site is on Alpha not even Beta, this sucks so hardddd

The website iMETA is a rebrand of the old IGVAULT, but EVEN WOOOOORSE, like nothing works, as a seller u try to list an product, then boom u see nothing listed as if you didn't do, they erased our seller data from igvault and restarted new, which is just bad since we had good rating and stuff to encourage people, they literally destroyed their own website, and destroyed our selling and investments
wish there was a negative review worse than 1 star cuz they would deserve it
