KYC Rejected without reason.
I think this website ganna be cool website i have never seen. So many good product offered here. but, i don't know why they doing KYC (Know your customer) not after user register and they do it when user make a purched for first time and after payment. but after send my Card ID, it was rejected without reason.
"Please note that the name on any of these documents needs to match the name on the credit card", yes of cource my card ID and my credit card was match.
I send scanned card ID that's imposible that they can't read it.
I just can say it's wasting time. and this is what they said when rejecting my card id.
"Sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately we are unable to complete verification at this time."
Sorry SellMyApp i have bad experience for the first time with you.
