Useful site where membership can be paused when not required. Sometimes messages from buyers can be delayed by a few days but otherwise no issues.

I think that they have created a closed shop by making you upgrade to view sellers details. It makes money for sellmylivestock.com but limits the customers for the seller
I have just read the reply and in my opinion it comes across as a stock corporate reply to try and justify your business strategy No one buying a single animal will wish to upgrade as it is not economically viable

Poor customer service
Joined a couple of years ago however, recently had issues whereby I couldn't send messages to sellers. After numerous attempts to communicate with the business, I've not heard back nor has the issue been resolved. Hugely frustrating when you're time-pressured and trying to run your own business. Poor communication and poor customer service. Really disappointed...

Very poor customer service. Ignore messages
I have tried numerous using the contact message board on the website to remove a listing. They simply don't respond. I assume its a con to get you to take upon the premium service, which you have to pay for the privilege of talking to someone.
