I’ve been stung by so many of these phone recyclers, but I’ve no fault on this occasion.
Really great service where you can choose to have a courier pick up your device for you.
Really quick turnaround where they didn’t try to knock off any of the valuation and sent payment to my account within 24 hours.
Refreshing to see one of these companies actually doing as they say they will!

That was the easiest and fastest way to recycle my mobile, from compare and recycle, selecting the use DPD option, they came they packed it and sent it off. All tracked.
Once received it was reviewed within hours and the payment was in my bank less than 12 hours from the review finishing. Their website and texts were provided with updates at different stages once received!
No issues at all.

Good experience. Phone assessed on day of receiving parcel, they then quickly told me everything was good and that payment would be within the next 24 hours. Funds received next day.

This was the fastest sale experience I had. Quote on Sunday, sending pack received Tuesday morning, sent on Tuesday afternoon, delivered to Sellmyphone on Wednesday morning and payment confirmed on Wednesday evening in line with the original quote.

The whole process of selling my device was quick and simple. I really appreciated the option of having my device collected for free by DPD, which saved me the bother of going to the post office and gave me peace of mind.

Really not happy with them revaluing my phone this week, claiming "few noticeable scratches on screen". If you could see how careful I am with my phones, you'd understand why I'm more than annoyed they knocked me down from a quoted £480 to £430.

It's never been dropped or banged. Never placed face down despite being in a case. It's never placed in a pocket with anything else and the only thing to ever touch the screen have been my fingers. It was thoroughly checked and cleaned before sending in the original box that even included the paper cover. Regret leaving them a brand new unused usb-c cable in the box as well.

But I had no choice to accept their new offer, because I didn't trust them to send back my phone in the same condition I sent it in. So I would be even further out of pocket trying to sell elsewhere.

I will never consider sending anything to them ever again, no matter how much better their quotes are compared to others.

I'm sure the company will reply to this with some copy and paste excuse as to why they revalued my phone. Perhaps a careless member of staff caused damage and opted to lie about it, who knows?

All I know is that I sent in as good a condition used phone as you can get (11 month old Pixel 9 Pro XL 512gb) and was insulted with a false claim of scratches on the screen.

EDIT:
I'm adding this after the company have replied. They DID NOT provide me with any images of my phone showing any scratches. In fact, they ignored my email requesting to see pictures of them. Any pictures showing scratches would be irrelevant anyway, as there 100% weren't any when I sent them my phone.

I can only assume these companies have some kind of quota to meet and I was unfortunate enough to be caught out this time.

Simple, easy, quick and efficient. Would use again and recommend to anyone.

I wonder how many people they scam by reducing the value when they "assess", leaving you no recourse but to accept the lower price.

I’ve not used this company before for selling refurbished Apple products but read the reviews and sent my Apple Watch Ultra to them. I choose to send by special delivery. Sent on Friday, was received by sell my phone on Saturday and by the afternoon I had an email to tell me the payment I had been quoted had been issued. I can’t fault the service so quick and easy and no hassle whatsoever over the price I was quoted. Really pleased and will be using them again

I've seen a few reviews from people claiming they didn't get their promised price, but maybe that was because their phones weren't as described? On my part, everything worked perfectly. I got a text message telling me my phone had been received, the next day I got the exact payment I'd originally been quoted. Highly recommended.
