I highly recommend Sell My Timeshare NOW to anyone considering selling their timeshare. SMTN handled everything from finding a buyer, negotiating the sale price, handling the right of first refusal with Marriott, to the closing itself, in an expedient and professional manner, with very little effort on my part. They found a buyer for my deeded gulf-front 2/2 unit at Marriott’s Crystal Shores at an appropriate sales price, with a net payout to me of approximately half of my purchase price. Note that time shares are not investments which are expected to appreciate, but rather, resales typically garner no more than 50% of the purchase price for “in demand” properties, and much less for other properties. Sales of deeded weeks appear to be more favorable than points sales. The net amount I would recoup from the sale was presented to me, which was inclusive of ALL closing costs. Communications and directives were timely and simple to understand, and most paperwork was submitted via email, with the exception of the Deed, which was required to be overnighted. The friendly and knowledgeable staff assisted me by phone with respect to various questions I had. Calls were answered immediately; no wait time. The process was much quicker and easier than I anticipated, and SMTN provided prompt payment of the proceeds. I am an attorney and am aware of the glitches and difficulties inherent is property sales and closings, and SMTN handled everything perfectly. They truly exceeded my expectations.

This company is the biggest scam in trying to sell your Timeshare!!There salesmen are very educated and are great at telling you what you want to hear. They promise they can sell your timeshare for way above what you owe!!!! This company has done 0 for me and I kick myself every day for falling for their scam. I used my savings to pay for there services thinking that I would get that back when my timeshare sold. I never heard from them again unless I contacted them. I am Contacting the Attorney general, so no more innocent people can be scammed out of there savings. I will contact SMTN first and see if there willing to refund my money !

I highly recommend working with SMTN, they made my purchasing process seamless and easy. I worked with Karen and Daniela and both of them were very professional and helped even when there was a misunderstanding with the resort.

I had a great experience. Everything went in a timely manner when I called to check on the status. I got a quick response. Everyone was very helpful.

Communication was excellent. The process requires patience due to the property owner, but I always knew what was happening. My emails on status were promptly replied which made the process go by quickly. The sales agent upfront gave me all the details on cost which were spot on.

This was the first time we purchased a property with this company. All went fairly smoothly and there was good communication between them and us. The estimated time it took from beginning to closing was fairly accurate and the costs were fair. I would feel comfortable recommending them to others.

Have worked with Jason Schenerlein. Due to Hilton Grand Vacations buying Bluegreen I found myself long some Wyndham properties (they have interim program to recognize your other time share for their overall qualification level, but that is 5 years do called (Jason has been very knowledgeable and follows up on all). We have been going through their options (which includes my possibly listing some top top weeks in Palm Beach , FL as part of an overall listing package. I do get the feeling that SMTN knows pretty well whether the weeks one controls are popular (they made clear that problem assets are not even accepted). Still reviewing options (and Jason both very patient and thorough in his response). I will follow up on what exactly occurs if I decide to list but wanted (regardless) to let the C-Suite know they have a professional gem. It fits with the review that the team is competent. I do believe one needs to be demanding and clear in ones requests but can pass on that I have found no reasonable request to not be considered. SMTN can not create a market but I believe there are people working and that reasonable offers will be seen. I know that one can then choose from an ala carte set of assistance needed for closing. Top notch.
We sold our Timeshare for a fraction of what we thought we would get based on our initial conversations with SMTN.

The company representative, Kenny Restrepo, has given customers reasons to share the concern of lack of integrity and bad faith business. He informed me that if I purchased SMTN’s platinum package, the company will simply pay for all maintenance fees until the property is sold. Later finding out there’s an entire separate process that refunds maintenance fees but the trick is they rent out your usage to pay you.
He also said the company will update advertisements and give suggestions for appropriate selling data points.
I have bought into this service for two years and have not been contacted at all with anything in regards to selling. My price point is 300% below the “how much it’s worth” price and have not received a single offer.
I am convinced SMTN is a scam businesses or simply a bad one. If I am wrong and there is great real experiences with selling timeshares through them, please let me know because they are not making any headway or contact for my two great places, Harborside Atlantis and Myrtle Beach. Those two places should fly!

The company SMTSN is a rip off they charge up front an then do nothing other than place the TS on their web site. They had mine for 2 years and despite reducing their suggested selling price by 50% i had no enquiries and then my account was just cancelled
Re the maintenance fee protection plan. Absolutely no complaints. First time I’ve used it and every one made sure I understood the rules and explained the process and steps in detail so I got it right.

My wife and I recently purchased two (1-week) time shares via Sell My Timeshare Now (SMTN). The cost and fees were broken down and explained up front. We paid exactly what they provided us, nothing more! The transaction was very smooth/flawless! When we're ready for another one, we'll be using SMTN!!

I bought prime timeshare with Hilton Grand Vacations in Las Vegas for which I foolishly paid $26,500 in 2012. When I left the USA, I tried to sell the timeshare through HGV, which was a spectacular failure because they are not interested in taking back timeshare, even at a big discount. Great facilities, but don't get hooked by buying timeshare with them!
So I contacted SMTN in 2023 as they seemed to have a good track record. I paid them nearly $2,000 with the promise that the timeshare would sell for around $15,000 and they would contribute $599 to the closing costs. This was clearly a scam. After over 3 years on their website and reducing the price to $1,999, I received NO OFFERS for the timeshare. The only thing SMTN did was to put me in touch with lawyers who would "take the timeshare off my hands for $5,000"!
I have donated my timeshare (at a cost of over $1,000), instructed SMTN to delete all my information from their system, and put this down to a bad experience.
Caveat emptor (buyer beware)! Timeshare is an outdated concept and rogues like SMTN are capitalising on its downfall.

Sell My Timeshare Now offered us their maintenance fee protection package. This works by allowing another party to stay at the timeshare we are trying to sell giving them a chance to try it out. But the big perk for the seller is that we get reimbursed the amount we would normally pay for our maintenance fee. So it fair for both the potential purchaser and the seller.
This is a great plan for us because it pays us the amount we would normally have to pay for our maintenance fee. This is a very good idea Sell My Timeshare Now has come up with!
