This company talk the talk, the reality is they overprice your timeshare to basically make you believe you can actually make money out of your timeshare.
After giving them nearly $3000 all we get from them are emails saying lower your asking price.
They valued our timeshare between $22,000 to $26,000. We paid $12,000 for it, their salesperson tells you how many sales they are making each month and how customer friendly they are.
We dropped our asking price down to $8,000 and still have not received any bids. The pictures on our advert are so small you can hardly see anything.
They recently contacted me to ask if I wanted to give our timeshare away to a third party company for free!!!!
What a joke. Avoid at all costs as you can not get your money back.

Scammer! Stay away from this company. They will take your money upfront and then disappear! Do not believe their lies and persuasive lines! Stay away from this company!

We purchased HICV Points at a good price. The transaction was very smooth. The communication was awesome. The sellers had not paid the maintenance fees, but still a good value.

The process was relatively seamless and easy!

This was my second purchase through SellmytimeshareNow. Both times they helped me get a great deal and handled the process smoothly. It takes 6-9 months to do these, so be patient! You really can buy these for a fraction of the cost (like pennies on the dollar!) of buying them at a resort sales presentation. Understand that if you ever want out you must sell it just as cheap! I checked them out carefully and the complaints they had were from sellers trying to re-coup the money they paid when they bought at the timeshare sales resort presentation. It is the resort that ripped you off, not SellMyTimeshareNow! They can't fix what happened to you in the past. They can faciliatate a new transaction if you want out. When you admit these were never worth what you paid, you can then use SellMyTimeshareNow's services, buy or sell, to get the job done. I now have lots of points to vacation at a fraction of what many people pay.

Most of the paperwork was electronic signatures and they made the process so simple. Once both parties have signed all documents they totally take care of getting the deed recorded quickly. Once recorded they sent all of the proper documents to Marriott in this case to get their records to reflect our new ownership. I totally recommend these guys!!!

I use SMTN and was very pleased with their communication and good quick service. Ben kept us up to date 0n the progress of the sale. This helped us through the sale.

I really appreciated the continual reminders of what needed to be done. Closed efficiently. I was happy to buy the timeshare in Hawaii.

I recently listed two properties with SMTN, one for timeshare points and another for two weeks. While the process took longer than I anticipated, I ultimately received the asking price for both. The listings generated 19 inquiries; 13 did not follow up, 4 made low offers, and 2 offers were acceptable.

Throughout the process, the customer service team at SMTN was consistently available and helpful. They handled the document flow efficiently once the offers were accepted and kept me informed at every step, ensuring the funds were received as expected.

Overall, my experience was positive, and I would definitely use SMTN again.

SMTN was great to work with on the sale of our timeshare. They were accommodating and explained every detail so we could make the best of our experience. We went into the process knowing we would take a loss on our investment, so it was great to have them support us from beginning to end. When the first buyer didn't work out, they explained why and contacted us as soon as another buyer became interested in our timeshare. If I ever made a huge mistake, bought another property, and wanted to get out of it, I would definitely use SMTN again.

Sounds like a great way to get out of a time share. Paid the $3,398.00 listing fee, listed, now more than 11 months later no even one low ball offer and no follow up from agent. Had a problem with follow up by dept to handle maintance late fee. Have asked for details on other sales in my resorts with no follow up. I guess I still have hope but sales process implied a bit better response

Do NOT sell your timeshare with SELL MY TIMESHARE NOW. It is a SCAM. I paid $1998 back in 2021 to sell my Marriott Canyon Villas Timeshare. I owned a Platinum Week Plan and I listed my Timeshare for the lowest price that timeshares were listed for. I never received any interest and SELL MY TIMESHARE NOW, continually called me wanting me to lower my price. I finally lowered the price to $2000 and finally received an offer!!! AND THIS IS WHERE YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL. I was told I had an offer for $700. I asked if that was all I was offered and they said YES. I asked who paid closing fees and they said the buyer. WHAT THED DID NOT TELL ME IS THAT I WAS OFFERED $1750 AND I WOULD BE PAYING THEM A $1050 COMMISSION FEE. This was NOT relayed to me. SO....let's do the math here I paid $3048 to SELL MY TIMESHARE NOW to reap a whopping g $700 in the sale. and SELL MY TIMESHARE NOW received $3048. DON'T DO IT. MARRIOTT has a program where you can give your timeshare back to them at no fees. Do yourself a favor and go this route.

SellMyTimeshareNow made my purchase of a Marriott and Hyatt inventory seemless with great communication and the exact outcome I was looking for. Highly recommend them.

The documentation was simple to complete. The exchange of funds was straight forward .The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the 3 months it took to process the paperwork and that was due to Hyatt.

I have had my Timeshare in California listed for 3 years and have never gotten a single offer. NOTHING! As far as I am concerned it is a total scam. A waste of money!
