Finally some actually help!

My product is a bit of a special case, and other PPC Optimization services I've dealt with were little help. Once they saw that my specific challenges couldn't be fixed with their systems, they just said "Sorry" and that was it.

Chloe at Sellozo, meanwhile, heard me out and—when she realized I might not be the best fit for the service at this time—didn't just say sayonara. She referred me to a colleague who spent an hour on the phone with me offering strategies and suggestions that can genuinely help, even though he knew I wouldn't be signing up with them just yet.

And while someone might say "Well, he just did that so that they'd get your business eventually," I have no problem with that! Anyone willing to put in that much effort is more than welcome to my $40 a month. It may be a few months before I'm at the point where I can use a PPC Optimizer, but when I am, I'm definitely signing up with Sellozo!

Sellozo solves a real problem for Amazon sellers: optimizing Sponsored Ads. It saves us time analyzing search term reports. It saves us money spent on guesswork and trial and error. It finds negative keywords that are wasting our ad spend. It finds manual keywords that can make us more money. It continually updates to your desired target ACoS. And the best part is that it does it all while you sleep. Why would you not use a software that pays for itself and makes you more money? It's been one of the easiest software decisions I've made as an Amazon seller.

Beyond that, the customer support is stellar. Chloe answered all my set-up questions and even started a blog post based on one of them.

Sellozo is an excellent forum to get your product off the ground and going. Being new to the Amazon market and launching a new product I found the Sellozo team was able to go into my advertising analytics and automatically adjust bids and make recommendations to keep my costs down while maximizing my product exposure. They even caught a large "bid" mistake helping me to save even more! Their suggestions gave me more confidence as I learn to adjust bids, check critical keyword data and keep pace with the market to stay competitive.

I was especially impressed with their "chat" feature that allows you to asked questions about your advertising campaign anytime you need to! I also was able to schedule phone time to discuss further how to make my campaign more effective. They are great, personal, on-time and organized too! I received a ton of great suggestions on how to make my campaign and product be more competitive on Amazon. Great job Sellozo team!

havent tried it for long but the onboarding was very good.. and they call you to make sure you are set up alright.... that is a huge plus for me.

I’ve been using Sellozo for about a month and I have nothing but good things to say about it. First customer service is amazing, I spoke to Brock who was really helpful he guided me though the whole process and helped me set up the program properly. If you are busy and you want an automated software to do what you would on a daily basis provided you set up the program properly SelloZo is for you and definitely me.

We started working with Sellozo two months ago. We have been selling on Amazon for close to 3 years and have not focused on advertising within Amazon. The Sellozo software and account manager, Blake, have been invaluable. Also, Blakes experience as a seller on Amazon has proved to be the icing on the cake. Not only does he help us with our Sponsored Products, but he also is extremely helpful with general best practices related to selling on Amazon. Highly Recommend!

Since starting with Sellozo 2 months ago my sales have doubled! Advertising campaigns on Amazon are confusing, I like that they handle this and let me work on new products to sell.

If you don't understand the products you sell and have no idea how to advertise them then Sellozo will do it for you and charge you for it. No thanks. Set up your own advertising and skip giving your money away every month.

Don't waste your money on this company. It is a poorly written software and customer service representatives are unprofessional!!!
