purchase return option is great

I appreciate highly the option of purchase return.
The only inconvenience is the search of the item (not precise, not recognising all querries/ trade marks). I guess is caused by language/translation issue.
Notifications of the observed item status (e.g. change of price) are very helpful

Very long waiting time

Very long waiting time, the order came in an envelope. The coat was hidden in something resembling a garbage bag and smelled. The coat itself is a different color than it could be seen in the photo. Fortunately, it wasnt expensive, henge my decision not to return it, because I do not want to wait that long for the money, I'd rather give it to someone else
