Requested an envelope which arrived the next day. Posted it the following morning on my way to work and 2 days later on a weekend received my offer which I accepted and the money was in my account within an hour. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

My postal bag arrived the next working day, an email query was answered within an hour, my offer was made less than 24 hours after I posted off my silver, and the money was in my account in a couple of hours. I seen an advert on social media for unwanted silver. Two broken, small bracelets were lying in a drawer and a damaged thin gold chain. Very little weight in them. I sent them off on friday and was £73.00 better off on tuesday. Fast service and greatcommunication. They check you are happy with the offer. I would recommend.
