It was a good experience mostly. I liked the QR code for shipping because I didn't have to print anything. I didn't give five stars because they sent me an email stating they sent payment but I didn't receive my payment until I emailed them back the next day stating I didn't receive it. I think they might be testing to see if people will notice.
CORRECTION: This mistake was explained to my satisfaction. I've decided they deserve 5 stars.

Thanks for the feedback Sarah! I promise we're not trying to scam anyone out of $6 though. It's definitely not worth ruining our reputation over such a trivial amount, we've just been a little overwhelmed this week with orders.
I think I had the PayPal window open in a separate window last night and forgot to click the submit button at the bottom before sending the order completion email. We did send your payment within 15 minutes of you reaching out this morning. Will definitely make sure to double check before sending out the order completion emails though. I've never seen a package take two…
I've never seen a package take two weeks to go from one address in the continental US to another. IDK what kind of slow boat shipping you use but I wasn't impressed. No tracking updates. Your website said it was waiting for shipment for that whole time. No answer to my service request email. I mean, I got my money but other than that it was a lame experience.

Gerard, thanks for the feedback, sorry our service wasn't up to your standards. Judging by the fact that your package took 8 days bouncing around from Maine to New Hampshire to Massachusetts before finally making it's way to Texas, it appears the post office missent your package and it took longer than the usual 2-4 business days to reach us. Unfortunately, that's outside of our control.
Your tracking number was available and you could have checked it on the USPS website at any time for updates.
We checked our inbox, deleted folder, and spam folder and you never contacted us regarding this order. We also include a phone number on your order confirmation page and packing slip that you could have used to reach out to us. Sorry again that you were disappointed, but two weeks is definitely not a typical transit time for these orders.
