Great service!
Very quick and seamless process. They sent the shipping label, and a few days after I dropped my broken cell phone off at USPS I got the money through PayPal. It wasn't much, but my phone was broken and I'd rather it get reused for some purpose rather than throwing it away or keeping it in my nightstand. They were good about communicating and received payment very fast.

Easy, friendly and fast
The communication was excellent. I was notified when my phone was received and they confirmed the condition. They notified me when the check went out, and I have since received it. Also, they gave me several dollars more than the other site I had looked into. It was easy and fast.
