I've sold 5 guitars to sell us your guitar over the last couple of years.

Each sale has been straightforward, the prices were reasonable and there was no change in price offered once they inspected the guitars.

I use their boxes which makes things easy and mean you can ship guitars with or without a case as the boxes accomodate both. They are also generous with the tape and bubble wrap that comes in the box which is reassuring.

Their communications are also really good, you get quick quotes and replies to your emails and all the staff are nice to deal with.

First class service from these guys. They offer the best value for money for your equipment without low balling like some other "bigger name shops" so you feel everyone gets a good deal all round.
Money was received there and the. So no waiting around for it to turn up.
The guitars they stock in are really nice too. I'll definitely be back!

I recieved the drop off packaging for the guitar in 2 days , i packaged up the guitar and dropped it off 5pm 28th Oct recieved an email at 10:30 hours on 29th Oct saying guitar had been recieved and payment had been processed, the agreed price was in my bank within the hour

I have just retired and wanted to clear a number of guitars and pedals. I contacted Sellusyourguitar and they made a good offer. I went to their showroom and completed the sale and sold more items whilst there. Payments were instant. They are the most friendly and efficient group of lads I have ever met. It was great to talk guitars and music with like minded people. Do not hesitate to contact them to buy or sell. Much better option than tyre kicking on Facebook or Ebay.

Really straight forward to use service for selling a guitar. You send details/pics of your guitar and they tell you how much they'll pay you for it, if you accept the offer they send you the box/packaging to put it in and arrange the courier. They offer I had wasn't as much as I could have got if I'd of spent time looking for a buyer myself, but I just wanted to avoid the hassle of that stuff and get some money back from a guitar that's gathering dust - worked great, would use the service again as it's really easy.

from day one they were amazing ,i sent details of my guitar to their website, they gave me a very good price,all the packaging was sent to me and it was picked from home by parcel force,next day the money was in my bank ,would highly recommend them to anyone selling a guitar ,fantastic cant fault them,

They were quick to reply & to give a quote. They gave the best price from the quotes I was given then sent packing materials & arranged collection. Money was in my bank account the following morning when the guitar was received. Would recommend anyone selling their guitar to use them.

Look no further, these people have a very safe mechanism to do part-exchanges remotely. The packaging they'll send you is simple yet incredibly effective, and will allow you to produce tight parcels with your guitar inside essentially floating in giant air bubbles. Great explanatory video, reliable service from Parcelforce, excellent trade-in bonuses and a fantastic selection of guitars. Communications were frequent and detailed – much appreciated. I am not sure I'll want to be selling any more guitars in the near future but should that be the case they'll be my first port of call.

The overall process was straightforward, they even provide the packaging for you. Got a great price and every stage of the process I was updated by the friendly and professional staff.

Excellent customer service from sellusyourguitar. They kept me clearly informed during the whole process, which was easier then I thought it would be. They also collected the guitars from my home, the driver was very courteous and showed me how the guitars were carefully placed in transit. I recieved my payment quickly the same day.

I picked a pretty rare Tele, agreed a trade in price for my SG, received he packaging and sent them my guitar. All was well part from they sold the guitar we signed a contract for to someone else in the meantime.
What an absolute waste of time - or just a scam? Time will tell. Hopefully i get my original guitar back.

Sold an Epiphone Sheraton II Pro & a Fender Player Jaguar in one transaction. Was paid immediately once they had received and inspected the two instruments.

Just could not face doing a private sale - having strangers come to my residence, plug in and play, and no doubt quibble over imaginary issues to try and get the price down.

Their packaging arrived by Parcelforce. You pack strictly according to their YouTube video. Two days later Parcelforce collected. Apart from slight hitch by them with delivery, which delayed by one day, I was pleased with outcome and definitely impressed by speed of payment. Both sides happy, so great result.

I can’t thank SUYG enough for their service and enthusiasm. I have traded instruments with them with a service that’s friendly, concise, straight to the point and no messing about. No sharp intakes of breath or nit picking just a straight and fair transaction. I have recently purchased a small practice amp and looper pedal from them and both are working perfectly. My most recent visit has been to have a complete set up of my previously owned Fender Strat (MEX), as it was in need of some serious TLC. Having had it at two previous Luthiers, who in my opinion just changed the strings, it still played ‘out of tune’ and I was very disillusioned with it. I took it to SUYG to ask their opinion of what could be done and right there and then he made a minor tweak to the truss rod, and it immediately changed the guitar, which instantly boosted my confidence. His recommendation was to bring the guitar in whenever I was ready and he would give it a full set up and re-string. Well, what can I say?! I collected the guitar yesterday and it’s been transformed into the Fender Stratocaster I expected it to be! SUYG have performed a miracle on this guitar and it looks, feels and plays like a totally different guitar! Thank you so much for giving me the guitar that I knew wasn’t right. In addition to my particular issues, all the guys there are so helpful and knowledgeable. They have the time and patience to chat and answer all your questions. The guys are laid back and relaxed but, at the same time they inspire you with the confidence they know what they are talking about. Been looking for a Gibson firebird for a long long time. These guys were selling at a very fair price, some sellers were asking 1000 more for essentially the same guitar and taking advantage of the lack of supply of these in uk. I purchased over the phone as I’m based up in Scotland and Jordan was very knowledgeable and helpful (unlike a lot of guitar shops) a free set up was included and frets came polished, was ready to gig out the box, guitar is fantastic, I’m super fussy so these are rare compliments from me
