First contact was with Kyle regarding selling my motorcycle I found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining how the process works. Price was agreed,date and time was also arranged to suit me.
The night before collection I was contacted by Paddy who informed me as to what time he would collect my motorcycle. On the day of collection he kept me updated with his eta and arrived on time.
Paddy was very friendly, helpful and courteous.
This all worked out well for me. Highly recommended.

Having contacted all the companies that buy bikes this is 100% the best company to deal with. The other companies just pestered me with lowball offers by text. Kyle picked the phone up called me and after some brief conversation about the condition of the bike etc. he asked what I wanted money wise. He advised he needed to speak to his boss about the value and promised to call back after talking to his boss. True to his word he did and after a few calls we came to an agreed price. A date and time was arranged for pick up on Saturday between 11.30 and 12.30 ( this was only 3 days after initial contact) 12.15 the door goes and Lewis introduced himself (he’s a big lad so he is :-) ) He was a pleasure to deal with and was so polite and professional from start to finish. Paperwork all checked payment made and bike all loaded up within a hour. Thank you Kyle and Lewis for making this work so well. You are both a credit to your company. Ps I have texted all the other companies letting them know you had my bike and paid me a damn sight more than they offered me.

Contacted the company about selling my bike only a few days ago and they came all the way from Halifax to Llanelli, South Wales on a Saturday too pick the bike up. Was very polite and helpful, went above and beyond, would highly recommend this company if you are selling your bike.

Company offered a good price without seeing it .They phoned with an ETA turned up on time looked at bike made a new offer based on service history. The driver was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall very happy with package

Very professional transaction from start to finish. Spoke to Dan on the phone and he was very polite. He offered a decent price although I wanted a little more, said he would call back in 10min and was only 5mins with the price I was happy with. Lewis came to collect my Triumph Rocket 3 Tourer. He was very professional and knowledgeable. All in all very easy transaction with no B.S . Great company and top lads to deal with...Thanks for a great service 👍

Went online got a call from Danny great guy to speak to very informative gave me an offer for my bike which I accepted. Young lad came up to collect the bike no bullshit. I was paid the agreed price on the spot after the inspection. They are a great independent company to deal with I would recommend wholeheartedly 5stars.

first time selling this way , they made it so easy from the first email to agreeing a price to arranging collection , phil the driver who collected the bike contacted me the day before and arrived on time ,he then went through all the details of payment also sorting out the change of owner so i did not have to worry about it , after checking over the bike phil would only load the bike when full payment was in my bank account

Fantastic from start to finish. Extremely professional and quick service. After speaking on the phone the bike was collected within 24 hours! I received a fair and honest price for my Tuono V4 Factory which was more realistic than the extremely low offer made by bigmoto.

From the the start Danny spoke to me as a biker and made life so simple for me gave the best price harry then come to view the bike to pick up and again spoke to me like a real person didnt try and rip me off on any thing as so many other companies do. Good price offered, and they were easy to deal with. Collection was simple to arrange and went smoothly. Collection driver was courteous and dealt with the formalities efficiently. And, most importantly, payment was on my account immediately!

Very easy to deal with. Spoke to James on the Monday and agreed a price. Collection arranged for Thursday. Harry phoned Wednesday night with time he would be arriving. Phoned when he was 50 minutes away. Very pleasant gentleman, checked over bike and all was good. Money paid within minutes and deal was completed. Would deal again with this company. Very happy overall.
