No hassle

We were selling our Smart car and looked at the usual “…buy your car” sites and facebook pages. Most were ridiculous offers and of the four “serious” ones, Jack was one to consider. He stuck to the price we discussed and didn’t pressurise us, unlike the others. When we decided to proceed he offered to collect it, which was better for us. We agreed a date and time and Jack arrived, inspected the car, drove it around the block and paid us. The whole process was quick and easy; he did all the online reregistering with DVLA etc.
From initial contact he was polite and helpful. Definitely one to use.
