Only want high end. I was selling some smaller pieces & scraps before selling my higher end stuff & it wasn't worth their bother. Its ok, I wanted to try before buying.

Despite spending a lot of time to document jewellery, including descriptions, photos etc. Sell Your Jewels did not even have the courtesy to reply. A few emails later to chase them up and still no reply. Really don't think you can trust a company with providing a good service if they can't even be courteous and reply to simple emails/contact. Go elsewhere!

Sellyourjewels regarding some coins I wanted to sell, process was easy, after the estimate the coins were collected on the arranged day, valuation has swift and once I'd accepted it was in my bank within 24 hours.

Read reviews about this company and decided to go with them to sell some jewellery I don’t wear and some I inherited. Becky was incredibly helpful throughout, answering my emails quickly and helpfully. There was a glitch with the collection, but that was not their fault, they were very apologetic. I then sent it via their special delivery label and it arrived no problem. They offered me a fair price I would say, very quickly too, which I accepted. The money was in the bank within 24 hours. Great company, would recommend.
