In my opinion avoid at all cost.

Sent them an iPhone 6 which was in excellent condition but it was not working. I chose the correct category that it came under and I was offered £83 on their website. Could have got over £100 on eBay but went for the quick and easy option, so I thought!
A few days later they sent an email stating that they have checked my phone over and they are now only going to offer £40 basically because it doesn't work? Which of course they knew from the start!!
The deal is now that I either accept their rediculas new offer or have to transfer them £10 to get my phone back.
I complained that the website was misleading and all I received was the email saying it was in their terms and conditions so transfer £10 if I want my phone back.
I have had no choice but to do this as I know the true value of the phone as do they.
How many £10's do they make from their customers who have not taken the time to read the small print by trading like this.
