Too good to be true. Surely false advertising!!!

The video advert showed an aerosol spray can creating a watertight seal. Perfect for my leaky rain gutter I thought. The website stated - 'Package includes: 1 * Leak Repair Waterproof Sealant Spray'. I ordered two to get one free. After almost two weeks, my smaller than expected package arrived and inside were three little boxes which were Leak repair 'cream'. Nothing that sprays!!! Looking back at the website, I can see the words say spray but the still pictures show 'cream' (the video still has the 'miracle' spray can).

I have contacted their customer services for a refund as they did not send me what I ordered, and have been advised it will be very expensive (for me) to send them back, but if I just keep them, they will give me a 20% store voucher to use on their site/shop.
Let's see how good their customer service really is. Am happy to update this review as things progress but the initial contact does not bode well.

I placed an order on the 4th October…

I placed an order on the 4th October and received no email confirming.
I have received nothing and no emails, however they have taken my money.
I would not recommend this company disgraceful

The delivery was very long

The delivery was very long , I thought I was ordering from the uk and I’m afraid at best the shaver is ok and doesn’t do what it says on the advert , I now use it as an occasional shaver for going away etc , though it does shave reasonably

I have a order .I am waiting for .from the 1st of October it is the 16th now .and as far as there tracking what a LOAN of crap. as far has i can tell my order as been in midair since the 6th of October.

Shocking dishonest dealings, no records or account details kept

EDIT: shocking dishonest dealings: this company appears to keep no accounts or records! I ordered and paid for TWO shavers from this company, but only one was sent to me. When I complained they simply deleted my complaint.
Not trustworthy or honourable. AVOID like the plague?
Still I sign of the missing item from my order. And no sign of the refund promised deMANY MANY MONTHS AGO
Do please get on and Do it then. Would be appreciated. It should be recorded that you had the effrontery to demand removal of my review BEFORE YOU CME UP WITH THE GOODS. Truly shocking.
Your BEST SOLUTION is simply not good enough - because you an absolutely do not perform. What idiots, sadly.
