Recently purchased two Sena Cavalry helmet's along with the Freewire systems. Was having problems pairing them with my new HD. Called Sena Support twice. Sena Support was going to call me back with a solution. Never heard back from support?? Returned all of the above items back to Sena, A total of 0ver $1,000. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

Customer service ran me around for several weeks and in the end no help at all this produce has a horrible delay and static using the SENA boom headsets and now I am told it only allows 1 headset at a time we ride as partners now I can't talk to my ride companion. for the price you pay it is not worth it get something else.
Why no zero rating?
If ever a company needs a zero, Sena is it. Headset stopped working after firmware update. Then began the nightmare of dealing with "tech support". The most clueless, unhelpful, uncaring disgrace of an outfit I have ever encountered. Total and utter nonsense from start to finish "charged the torch battery", I kid you not. Eventually just said get the dealer to mend it. Oh yeah, like motorcycle helmet shops are right up there with software and tech solutions. AVOID THESE IDIOTS and their disgusting service and business eithics.

Recently contacted sena regarding replacement/upgrade for my sena headset, within minutes they had confirmed I could upgrade, and it would be free of charge! Also, they arrived from Germany within the week! I fitted them today and what a difference they make 10/10
Very good experience with Sena helmets
Very good experience with Sena helmets. I bought a Sena Momentum Evo 2 years ago. Gave it to my brother that started riding a scooter. Then i bought myself a Sena Stryker. I accidently got my helmet damaged with a little dent on top of it when i got it for like 3-4 months and Sena just replaced it under warranty while i did the accident myself. Very good customer support, very nice helmets.
Bad customer Service and Warranty returns
I had ordered a outrush R helmet from Sena, i did recieve the ordered helmet, but when I tried it on, was a little too tight. Contacted Sena Technologies and they started a warranty claim. All i wanted to do is exchange the xl helmet for a xxl helmet.
I spoke to several different reps about this claim over the past couple weeks. They have put my RMA request in queue for approval over a week ago.
Customer service sucks big time. I should have already returned the xl helmet, and should have received the xxl helmet by now
If you need a helmet, do purchase from a reputable dealer, not from Sena Technologies
What customer support.
Love using my Sena SRL1 however the customer support from Sena themselves is awful. Can't talk to anyone and the UK contact number doesn't work.
Return on a faulty 50C finally came good
I had a faulty set of headphones on a 50C (one of the cables had broken internally). The returns process from the UK is tortious, firstly Sena wanted me to return through the dealer I bought the unit from which was XLmoto. They did not respond so I went back to Sena, after several weeks of dealing with multiple agents, being told the case was closed when it wasn't etc. I finally got an email saying I could return the unit to Sena in Germany if I paid the shipping and duty and they took no responsibility for any loss etc.. I was ready to give up at this stage, chuck the Sena in the bin and buy a Cardo, then out of the blue a set of warranty headphones turned up from Sena which fixed the problem. I quite like the 50C and I am pleased it is working again but the returns process is painful if you are in the UK, which is why I have given them 3 stars, If I was to buy again I would probably go for a Cardo just on the basis they are cheaper and the customer service is easier to engage with in the UK.
Old stock sold as brand new
Me and my family bought a couple Sena RT1 units. The product has been revised however you may get old stock like we did and you will be stuck with a unit that is effectively no longer supported unless it’s for warranty. This means that any issues and bugs will not be fixed with the older RT1 that have been fixed in the revised units. Don’t think I’ll be buying a Sena in the future if I want a brand new product, as I don’t want to be in a lottery of new and old products sharing the exact same name.
SENA not supporting their products
I acquired a pair of SENA 30K, two years ago. One device stopped working, as I contacted the manufacuter they refused to claim by warranty as I passed the date by one month. It is not normal not to honor a warranty for a 300$ device. I was unbale to escalade to management and was thrown to a level 2 technician instead, which also refused my claim.
Terrible technical support
Terrible technical support. Product ok until upgrade required then when problem that’s all over forums is presented to technical support team no help is offered whatsoever. I work in IT so know that the issue is related to their program not cables or pc’s but they are not willing to admit that our help resolve issue
Bought a HJC helmet with their sena…
Bought a HJC helmet with their sena 50b.. expensive but was willing to pay premium for it being integrated...upon installation the sena doesn't pair to the APP at all. tried Resetting everything, reinstalling, updating.. and it turns out there is no updates available for 50b HJC ... upon reading forums there are many people struggling with this... Official response from Sena about why there isn't any updates is that HJC hasn't requested any updates.. HJCs response is that Sena hasn't provided any updates.. and after a long time the software version on sena 50b is still a V1.0 .. absolutely ridiculous..both companies playing ping pong game... don't buy..also my friend has had their 50s faulty (failing to update with error code).. had 4 sets getting the same error...and had terrible experience with customer service... If you still can.. get cardo...or anything but sena

My fulltime job is IT. I've been riding motorcyles for decades. One might think that this would prepare me for the absolute cluster that SENA is. It hasn't. Sena is junk and I will be buying Cardo from now on. Sena - RIP.
Recently purchased a dual pack 50S
Recently purchased a dual pack 50S, spent 2 days trying to update the firmware using both my laptop running windows 10 and both WIFI adapters.
1. Using the PC I was unable to load the device manager app, the install constantly stalled at the USB driver install point. Apparently this is a recurring problem identified on many online threads. Tried every fix I could find online (no joy)!!
2 Using the WIFI adapters was even more frustrating, after mamy many attempts one of the adapters final recognised my WIFI, firmware update on the first unit complete I proceded to update unit 2. Nothing, again mamy many attempts later the adapter final connected to WIFI and unit 2 was updated.
Contacted customer support, worse experience ever, rep was evasive and clueless, requested screen shots of all PC windows and refused to give me access to an actual TECH. It has now been 10 days, NOTHING!! I was advised that there is no way to actualy speak to a sena tech and that the only communication would be by email from her to Sena. I was forbidden to contact SENA. DO NOT BUY SENA EQUIPMENT!!!!
Purchased a momentum Bluetooth helmet
Purchased a momentum Bluetooth helmet , had a lot of problems with it along the way , went to the store I bought it from , they tried to help ! Emailed sena and right away sent in all the info they requested, I have sent numerous emails asking about the helmet and nothing back from them , $ 700 for a helmet with maybe 16 hours of play time and now it doesn’t work ? Garbage product , worst customer service, horrible people to deal with ! Will never purchase or recommend SENA products to anyone!
My Opinion absolute Rubbish
Bought new SRL3 to go with Neotec3 1.) Unable to download device manager to windows 11 due to driver signature issues Sena support basically want you to switch off the computer security tried what support suggested had to reinstall computer twice. did not work.
2.) For me the Buttons are nightmare and virtually impossible to find with gloves on.
3.)Voice control tried on all gain settings and sometimes it works sometimes not.
The only way I have found to use the SRL3 is set it up prior to putting on your gloves if already riding I stop the bike and take gloves off. If using the voice control you end up shouting at it and dialling the last number called?
Premium service
I had a long but in the end good experience with after-market support.
My helmet was bought 2019 together with an integrated Sena-communication system. Even though not heavily used, the microphone cable made cracks in the sound when touched. Also I couldn’t update the unit and make it connect with the Sena App for iOS.
The whole Sena team who held this case were very helpful, but I would like to send special thanks to Michela and Gaëtan Mallé for providing the premium service you would expect when you buy a €1000 helmet.
Free of charge and out of warranty they sent me different spare parts and accessories in order to try and solve the problem.
Finally everything has been resolved, totally free of charge and even though out of warranty. I think this is a good sign, that policies are flexible and seeing the other reviews for Sena here on Trustpilot I wanted to give my opinion.
Inexperienced customer service
In a nutshell- customer service is awful. The young lady I spoke with had no understanding of the Sena 50s. She doesn’t listen to the problem but instead commences to read from a script or something like that. Obviously just an answering service with no working knowledge. I was looking for a way to update firmware on a new unit that wasn’t working properly and her only go to was to connect through a 2.4 ghz WiFi router but mine was 5ghz. Also emailed agent 13 and she only repeated the step. Apparently doesn’t read the questions either. I resolved my problem by YouTubing with unaffiliated persons on how to download software and install via usb. Turns out the supplied usb with built in WiFi would not work for that and I simply needed my own. Not sure Sena Agent 13 has ever held their product.

The rubber sealing flap for the charger
The rubber sealing flap for the charger has broken off. My Sena30K is just out of warranty so then I expect this flap can be fixed. So not!!! They say it's dangerous to open the Sena and after that it's probably worse than before. Isn't it incredible that this can't be repaired? That it is not a guarantee, I understand. That's why I don't mind paying for the repair, but they want you to go and buy a new one.
