Urgent: Return Issue
Senchi Designs or Scam Company confirmed that I can return my crewneck, as the size was too big (sizes are misleading).
I have sent my item back, and it was almost delivered. There was a delivery attempt (according to USPS), and the tracking information shows: "Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available)."
Multiple times I asked Scam Company to schedule redelivery, which was available on the USPS site, or to pick up the item from the local post office. Multiple emails were sent to Scam Company regarding the situation, but only in the very beginning did they reply: "we haven't seen them (USPS)."
Because of the undelivered item:
1. Item is sent back to me.
2. €11.01 lost – shipping cost for the return.
3. €22.87 lost – taxes paid, which I can't reclaim.
4. €17.95 lost – original shipping.
5. €90.95 lost – crewneck.
€142.78 total lost.
6. Hours and hours wasted.
I have tried to resolve the situation myself in every possible way, even calling USPS and talking to their AI (which was awful and resulted in nothing).
Order #41201
USPS tracking number: RS701066356LV
The funniest thing is that my Scam Company order page doesn't show my orders at all (I had bought one hoodie before), but I still have some proof left in my emails and screenshots.
