Stunning

My husband ordered freesias for our golden wedding anniversary .they are my favourite flowers .the flowers are absolutely beautiful you can smell them as soon as you walk in the room .4 days in they still look great .my only niggle is they should have arrived 4th or 5th June they came two days early which isn't what was required hence only 4 stars x

Ordered initially said they would…

Ordered initially said they would arrive 21st January, no message facility so had to send the message separately, then 22nd a January, now 27 January. At that point I cancelled and requested refund. A complete mess and also calls into question Amazon reviews which influenced me to choose company

"20 stems of beautiful…

I ordered "20 stems of beautiful alstroemerias" through Amazon, but they were delivered by Sendabunch. I'd chosen the most expensive as I wanted the best for my friend. My first complaint is that there was nowhere to say who the flowers were from, so I had to phone and tell her, thus spoiling the surprise. However, when they arrived, instead of being in bud, which I would have expected, they look wilted and about a week old. I'm now trying to get directly in touch with the company - as suggested by Amazon. I don't expect a reply, another bunch of flowers or a refund, from what I've read here! I wish I'd read the reviews first of all!

I am delighted to say that Sendabunch, the company who sent the first bouquet of alstroemerias, have redeemed themselves by sending a second bouquet. These are far superior to the original bunch - they are in bud and also look so much fresher. Thank you, Jason at Sendabunch, for your swift reaction to my complaint.

I'm delighted to give the company five stars.

Atrocious Customer Service- perished…

Atrocious Customer Service- perished flowers arrived. Emailed customer service and sent picture and video of flowers. Several emails later and still no response. Would not recommend them for flowers or customer service. Severely lacking in both. Go elsewhere. 😡

Flower order placed, abuse received.

Flower order placed through Amazon. Flowers never arrived. Customer service is none existent. This company changed their story several times. There was no consistency to what they would advise. They accused me of obtaining free flowers for my wife. They stated 2 separate days for dispatch of the flowers. They stated the flowers were delivered on time. Yet they extend the delivery period by 3 days, then after which they informed me that the flowers were lost. They stated that I was a complainer and incapable of understanding what was being said to me. Well yes I did complain each time they gave me false information, and did demand clarity on more than one occasion. This company is incapable of telling the truth, and trips itself up each time it opens its mouth. It acts completely unprofessional, and I felt as if I was dealing with a spoilt child who was shouting insults across a school yard. I realise this company does successfully fulfil customers orders, but upon inspection the number of bad reviews is too many to represent a good company, and be prepared to accept their way of doing things if things go wrong or you will receive little help, but plenty of abuse. Plenty of professional companies to choose from besides this one man outfit. UPDATE! FLOWERS DELIVERED AS I WRIGHT. BASICALLY A BOX OF FOUL SMELLING MUSH. I HAVE TAKEN PHOTOS BUT IT DOESN'T SEEM POSSIBLE TO UPLOAD TO THIS SITE.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!
My husband ordered flowers and chocolates for my sons for mothers day for me and they have just arrived. £30 for them and a tiny tiny box of chocolates. My mum has just sent me a picture of flowers I sent to her from Bloom and Wilde and they are double the size, absolutely beautiful and the same price. What a huge disappointment and safe to say we will from now on stay with Bloom and Wilde. I have taken a picture of the flowers what a joke!! Unfortunately I cant attach the picture. Avoid this company as it seems they rip you off.

Xmas bunch dissapointment

I received a Xmas bunch red carnations from my daughter.i have not told her of my disappointment, but still wishing to let you know my opinion this is my review. Compared to illustration: showing at least 10/11 gold swirls, mine had 4 extremely thin and flimsy, showing at least 8 or more pieces of fern, mine had 2 ! The flower colour is just ok! But not brilliant! Not as tempting as illustrated.Granted you will be busy being Xmas, but, it is no excuse for cutting back on quality or quantity.incidently, a slip of the finger left 3 stars but, intending to give 2 could not erase the extra 1.

Poor quality and customer service

My mother ordered me the Snowflake Bouquet. It was delivered on the Tuesday and the Roses were looking in a poor condition and started to brown by the following day. By Saturday, the whole bouquet needed to be thrown. I
I had in the meantime contacted Sendabunch who had offered to send a replacement. I had an email confirming a slight delay until roses were delivered. When the second bouquet arrived, the lilies' heads were falling off the stems whilst removing the bouquet from the box and have continued to do so without flowering. I emailed the customer service team again and have not had any feedback.
I consider this to be bad customer service. I will advise not only my mother but work colleagues and friends not to use this company due to the poor service and quality of their products.

Not happy

This is not a review of the quality of the product. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on 24th December No where was there a warning that this date could be honoured.l I ordered on this date because I wanted to send a lovely bunch of flowers to a friend who was embaressed financially and knew that if the flowers were delivered on this date they could not have time to get us a gift in return which they could not afford and we didn't wish them to do. The bouquet was delivered on 19th December and guess what happened. Our friends bought a reciprocated present which they couldn't afford and which we didn't want them to do. Thanks we will not be returning. And we will not be recommending to our friends.

Incompetent and rude

Received a bunch of flowers today with no message so decided to ring Guernsey Flowers and ask for details so that I could thank the sender. Seemed simple enough. However, despite the fact that I gave the order number and my full address, several times, I was told that no such order appeared to exist. I was using an 0844 number, expensive at the best of times, and I felt that the woman on the end of the other line was delaying the call - how many times did I need to repeat the spelling of my name and where I lived? I got nowhere and still do not know who sent me the flowers - if you want to send flowers to someone, I would advise that you do not use this company; the staff are incompetent, offhand and surly and imply that the customer is at fault.
An apology would have eased the entire situation but apparently this has not been part of the training?

Beautiful Flowers

I have received a wonderful bouquet of carnations from Sendabunch, they are from their Christmas range and include pretty glittery pine cones.

The flowers are over a week old and still look absolutely beautiful

Was good but lost my addresses

I have returned to the website and still cannot see where I can get the details (address etc) of my usual recipients – they promised it back in Oct 08!! If this feature is not there then there is little incentive to remain loyal to this company.
