Superb service. Ordered 3 items which were customised, dispatched and delivered really quickly. Items arrived well packaged and individually wrapped. You can tell this is a business that cares about their customers. Really pleased.

I ordered a Bulldog Send a Cuddly & it arrived today so well packaged in a lovely box & ribbon. Customer Service is second to none & the quality is absolutely spot on.

This is an absolutely brilliant company! The choice of toys (dogs in particular) is fantastic and the quality of the packaging, the additions (such as the ribbon and medal) and the toy itself are all first rate. We bought a dog each for our two grandchildren and they were thrilled at getting something addressed to them and delighted when they opened the boxes. Delivery was fast and efficient. We have just ordered another dog for our granddaughter as a prize for doing well at school and have no doubt that she will be super-exited when it arrives.

Easy to order and quick delivered Great product WHD

Wanted to say what an excellent service you offer. Didn’t select next day delivery but received the very next day!Over the moon with the selected cuddly and so were my baby grandsons parents. Placed in hospital cot with him to keep him company.

I like the way that things can be ordered wrapped and with a gift card so that they can be sent or given so easily. My grandson wanted a cuddly toy for Christmas, the Teddy is ideal.
