Also there is no for of "live" communication as the phone they provide is a recording and they live chat they also offer doesnt exist. All in all not recommendable.Stay again from them

I used Sendiroo to make an online reservation to send a package to Australia. When I attempted to complete the process after paying the sum of 168 Euro and receiving the sending No. (DEKVX4SWCF), I was shocked to see that the SHIPPING LABELS did not function and each time there was (Fehler beim Laden des PDF-Dokuments.)
There are two phone numbers that can be called, but neither can be reached. After three days of trying, I am at a loss on what to do.
Before I call the police and register a complaint against the corporation, if anyone can help, please do so.

They loose parcels, but they do not refund because they are not the shipper!!! You ask the shipper and they tell you that Sendiroo (and not you yourself) is their client, so..."please ask Sendiroo about your lost parcel"! AVOID SENDIROO!
My experience refers to SENDITOO ITALY which might not be same as SENDIROO GERMANY but still is part of same global company based in Spain.
