2 weeks ago I tried to transfer money. Not arrived

Excellent service, been using them for about a year now, no complaints!

I tried to make a transfer, entered a secret code from my bank, than the notification from sendnow was "error", and nothing like "your transaction was made successfully". Clearly I thought the transaction WASN'T made. So I tried twice more, with the same result.
But the next day, my transfer was withdrawn from my bank account, THREE TIMES! So, they charged me the same amount of money three times, although they noticed me, that there was a mistake during my attemping to make a transfer.
I wrote to sendnow, but they just don't care. Very dissapointing!

Fraud exchange or whatever. To be honest rate of USD/GEL now is about 2.88, but they have 2.64. But actually that is not a problem if they will work fast with transfer and customer support.
Customer support didn’t answer on any questions, and once send me a 2 A4 pages that are not relevant to me.
O wanna make a refund, but I can't because the fraud didn't answer me.

Not recommend that fraud exchange or whatever they imagined.

The money left my account, but the payment was canceled by the payment system. I contacted customer support, but they read the messages and do not respond. This is a SCAM!

Never again. I used their service before, but they failed me twice last month. They do not reply to my emails anymore. The WhatsApp number s being blocked. They received my transfer but didn’t transfer to my recipient. I have pics of all receipts. I got tired of sending em to sendnow. By WhatsApp, and by email. So, if anyone needs proof of that, I ll be happy to share with you so this won’t happen to anybody again.
Again, they have copies/screenshots of my receipts, at first they even told me they had received the transfer. Now after a month, my WhatsApp messages won’t go through. They did not email me back, so I guess my money went down the drain.

I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT USING TELEGRAM. I SENT SCREENSHOTS OF RECEIPTS AS I WAS TOLD. RECEIPTS FROM MY BANK SHOWING THE TRANSACTION WENT SUCCESSFULLY TO SENDNOW ACCOUNT. I ALSO SENT THE REST OF THE INFO YOU SAID YOU NEEDED, I DID NOT SEND IT ONCE, BUT 3 TIMES BY WHATSAPP, AND ONCE BY EMAIL. AAND YES, YOU REPLIED TO ME ALL THOSE TIMES. ALWAYS TELLING ME THAT YOU WERE WORKING ON IT AND WOULD LET ME KNOW SOMETHING LATER. “WE HAVE PASSED YOUR TRANSFER TO THE BANK. AS SOON AS THERE IS NEWS, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE “
That was the las email I got from you and the I heard nothing. And I got kind of same response every time I asked.

I used this service many times without an issue. However recently I had a problem when making a bank transfer. Communication with customer service was an unpleasant experience. My problem was resolved but only after almost 1 month. I'm happy with the result but I won't be using their service again. Therefore my review is neutral.
I recommend anyone using this service to screenshot the account details that the app indicates to send to.

I used this service a few times and after initial teething troubles with having to verify bank cards, which were then blocked by the issuers, subsequent transfers went well and usually within the same day or even a few hours. However, exchange rates are lousy, and the option of SEPA transfer supposedly goes into a private account, so that is definitely no option.

Change of a receiver from an organization to a physical person, end of 2023, which is kind of strange ..
Money sent to the previous receiver, i.e. organization Cash Dash UK Limited, the SendNow, say to no longer have access to the account. Request to return funds to the Cash Dash via my bank is left with no reply. Sad and non professional. 😢
The current receiver account is a physical person, not a legal entity.
I am no longer ready to continue with the money transfer to a personal account.
Кoronapay on OZON cc is currently a more interesting and safe option!

To test this service, the first transaction was carried out with a small amount. I checked. At first, I was skeptical because the spreads are a bit too rich for my taste. But they are the number one solution to send money to Russia. I literally use them every other day, and the one thing they have going for them is an exceptional level of support.

Very easy and quick to use. They support many cards or crypto. Recipient received the funds within a few days. Despite the higher fee or rates, it's very trustworthy and probably the easiest service available now, without too much registration. Highly recommended.
