I needed to buy things in Japan and figured out I couldn’t have those send directly to me, so I found this service that had good reviews and used it. They were so kind to also help me with a second purchase that didn’t let me proceed due to my IP localization. They have another page called BuyJapon.com so I could let them buy this item for me and they combined everything and sent it to me following my instructions. All of my doubt were answered via WhatsApp. Everything went perfectly and I will have my package delivered tomorrow.

Some items cannot be bought internationally with other proxies so Sendon is great to buy those items. You can use it on any Japanese website since they give you a address in Japan to ship the item to, which is then shipped to your address. For me, the shipping was a bit expensive since the shipping options were limited to only two: FedEx and something else. But the limited options is probably due to the recent tariffs that Trump imposed causing JapanPost to stop shipping packages to the US. The communication from the Sendon team was great since they were really transparent about the costs and custom duties fee, and they constantly update you on the status of your order. Packaging was really secure with a lot of protective padding and tape.

Was concerned after reading some reviews about similar services, but really wanted a few items only local to Japan until next year. Took a chance and set up an address. As the items became available I sent them to the address and Sendon always promptly notified me they received the items. Using their website was pretty easy (I did have Chrome translate it into English). And the pricing of the service was SO reasonable and the shipping was INSANELY fast from Japan to the USA. I was expecting weeks, but it was literally 3 days. WOW. If I have needs in the future to get items from Japan, I will use SendOn Again.

Super great experience!
