At EpiCred

At EpiCred, we’ve been using SendPulse for our email marketing and automation needs, and it’s been a solid tool for us so far. The interface is really easy to navigate, which made onboarding super smooth for our team. We love how it lets us run email, SMS, and push notifications all in one place—it’s saved us time and effort trying to manage everything separately. The automation builder is great for setting up lead flows and follow-ups, and their pricing is pretty reasonable compared to other platforms. Support has also been quick and helpful whenever we had questions. If there’s one thing we’d like to see improve, it’s more advanced analytics and a bit more flexibility with email templates. But overall, SendPulse has been a reliable platform that’s helped us stay connected with our users and scale our communication easily.

Frustrating experience

Frustrating experience. Brought the databases and contents i used without problem with other suppliers and never been able to send nor an email or a sms. They blocked everything without explaining reasons and their support team always answered in bad manners without giving real reasons

Great value for money

Great value for money. Nice feature set! Lead generation via popups works great. The only thing I'm missing is sync with my OpenCart store products to use them dynamically in my emails (both triggered and manual newsletters). Otherwise, great email marketing service!
