Worst and waste website! please think before ordering through this fake website, they just take the money and they will not send the item they just play with your emotions.
They will not even respond to our mails, calls …… kindly don’t order through this website.i would like to give negative starring if I had… it not even worth for single star.

sendrakhizonline The delivery was super quick, and my brother in Chembur received his Rakhi just on time for Raksha Bandhan. The sweets were fresh and delicious, and the Rakhi was awesome. I highly recommend this site to anyone looking to send Rakhi to their loved ones abroad.

This site is a fraud and i am amazed that despite people's ex[ereinces this site exists. They have defrauded me of 3000 rupees and there is no response and no recourse. No number or compalint or chat box works. Am registering a complaint in the national cyber crime bureau.

I am regretting now for not reading these reviews about this website. I had worst experience with them. I had paid so much for delivery but still rakhi didn't reach my brother. For the first time, I couldn't send rakhi for my brother. I have been sending him rakhi overseas past 4years, but due to change in country I opted to go with this website. The mobile number given on website is useless, you can call whole day but there will be no response. THERE IS NO RESPONSE AT ALL FROM THEIR SIDE. Query section or emails, nothing works. No refunds. All money paid is wasted totally. DON'T EVER CHOOSE THIS WEBSITE FOR RAKHI.

absolutely disgusting service, ordered rakhi still not delivered, no one wants to talk on live chat, answer calls or update my query. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

It seems it is fake website. It charges high rates on Rakhi and delivery charges for abroad but still never delivers it. Status always same need updated address but there is no place to update anything nor they have any customer service. One phone nbr which they never answer.

Its rubbish, waste of money. They dont give ****, rakhi still not deliver they give you fake tracking number. When ever you log in its show incorrect address.

Pathetic website.
They respond to reviews as if they are concerned but they won't follow what they promised in the response. They do not take the responsibility of nondelivery or missing items. They refused to send me a new Rakhi as I have mentioned in the google reviews about missing silver rakhi. I would suggest you to order on Amazon of that particular country where you want to deliver your Rakhi.
Their google reviews are fake. They review themselves from different email addresses but with same first name or last name.

Thank you. You delivered rakhi on time. And packed it beautifully. Really appreciated but have only one complain I especially told your executive to pack Kaju Katlin of haldiram brand but u delivered of kanha. Please for next tym improve this. Overall I m happy.

I ordered rakhi from this site.it took 10 days to deliver to Switzerland from India. I am happy with the service. I recommend this site as my rakhi was delivered in this critical situation. Please order your rakhi in advance as it takes minimum 10days. Packaging and quality was also good.😊😊

They did not deliver the rakhi to south africa , Now they are not responding to calls messages /chats. Very poor service. Guys please do not trust this service.

Kindly do not use this site to make international deliveries... Ordered the rakhi more than a week in advance. And inspite of their confirmation that it will reach on time, my rakhi did not make it.

We placed order for Rakhi from Delhi to Guangzhou, China on 21st Aug 2018 these guys ensured on their portal that it will get delivered before Rakhi Festival,i.e on 25 Aug '18 . After that we are keep on tracking our order and it has not been delivered and when we are contacting sendrakhizonline customer care, they are not reverting properly. They are also not picking the call and if we contact them on chat on their website they stop chatting in between and pretend as if they are not present.
I do not know what kind of customer service they are providing. They are not providing the order on time as per their commitment. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎.Pathetic service.We paid more as they promised to deliver the package before Raksha Bandhan....
