Absolutely fantastic support I was struggling with my special needs 9 year old son, in a main stream school. I was so fed up of going into school to try to get them to support him more but I was banging my head against a brick wall. I was advised to get in touch with SENDS support. The assessment took place in my home and it was very relaxed. I had actually found someone who was listening to my concerns with school. And to have someone totally agree with me and point out more than I realised the school was not doing . We have had a few meetings with school and finally got them to listen and hopefully they have put things in place and they are following it all up. I cant thank Nicola and Elouis enough
