Very poor support
Very poor support, don't even think of buying lifetime plans. A WhatsApp BSP provider does not respond to messages for 2 days and that too the sales team.
Update: I removed the word scammer as I got a response from a person identified as CEO of the Sendwo's parent company, however he is not interested to provide the service to me as he feels threatened for posting a negative review here and other portals too and he will take it to the court for writing a review, even though I wanted to sort this issue. LOL. This is the company you will be dealing with and if the CEO is like this, just assume about other staffs.
Dear CEO, Learn customer service and how to sort out problems, if you don't provide me the service, I will go to another company.

UPDATE: This person reached out to us blackmailing that he will post negetive reviews on all platforms if we dont offer him services and help. We have the evidence of conversations where he has clearly asked for services and help and if not done, he will post negitive reviews. This is not how business is done. Under such blackmailing talks done by this person, we have to safegaurd our company. We will always do it to protect the hard work done by every resource in the company. We are serving more than 4000+ businesses right now. We know how to offer customer support and we are doing the best customer support in WhatsApp industy. OUR CEO REACHED OUT, shows that how much we are ready to serve every customer.
INITAIL REPLY: To all reading his review. This person is posting fake info. We accept the response was delayed but we never miss responding. We had missed the WhatsApp chat reply for 24 hour hence the window got closed due to meta 24 hour window policy but we responded to his live chat support. This person is posting this review with a fake name pretending to be an english person but in real he is from India. Also, we have been selling lifetime plan offers since our inception in 2020. So far we have many happy customers. As a WhatsApp BSP, we want to sell LIFETIME DEAL Plans because we know that their is a recurring API cost coming to customer so by giving lifetime plan, we remove our customer burden from recurring software cost and reduce their net whatsapp marketing budget. In such good work that we try to do, such bad people who are not even customer, just because pre sales did a delayed reply comes and call us scammer. If you are also going to be our potential customer and don't bring in some patience then please dont choose Sendwo because our SLA for support varies from 1 minutes to one day depending upon which support line you are connecting with sendwo. We have 3 support lines. WhatsApp chat, email support and website live chat. And also, if we would have been scammer then pre sales should have been the most active team to grab your money which didn't happened with you. We have checked our chat on live chat support where our support team contineously kept asking you the best time to call you but you didn't respond. We make sure not to distrub anyone with sales calls hence avoid pining without consent. Your impatience is clear. We don't want to do business with such people.
