Absolutely disgusting company to work for. No regard for employment law. Staff not given sufficient training, calls where 2 carers are required covered with a single carer, manual handling regulations not followed, medication errors covered up. Staff treated appallingly. Management don't care about staff mental health. In my opinion, it's just a money making machine.
